The fifth week of qualifying for the Fortnite World Cup tournament has ended. Among the top eight who won promotion to the World Championships, which will be held on 26-27 July in New York, was our representative Jarosław “JarkoS” Kaleta.

JarkoS first passed through the open European qualifications, in which could take part any inhabitant of the Old Continent. Then he was among a group of 3,000 competitors competing for promotion to the World Finals, where the prize pool will be $30,000,000, making this tournament one of the most prestigious competitions in the history of sports.

On the second day of qualifying, our 17-year-old athlete scored 67 points, placing him in second place in the final classification. JarkoS outperformed other Fortnite communities such as NRG Esports, Ghost Gaming, Team Atlantis and Eleven Gaming. This allowed him to qualify for the most important tournament of the year for Fortnite players.

Shortly after finishing the qualification, JarkoS gave an extensive interview to Cybersport.pl, which you can find at this address.

JarkoS qualified for the Fortnite World Cup tournament, taking second place during the fifth week of the competition. A good performance in the online competition allowed him to collect $4,000.
